Countdown

We’ve finally set a date for when we’re picking up my little brudder! One week from Sunday, which means we’ll leave one week from tomorrow. This weekend is work weekend, though.. Not the most fun of weekends. Mom’s working early, so we’re going to bed early tonight. Mom just got off the phone with Grandpa, he’s finally home from Vietnam. He’s been there all year, so it’s nice to have him back. We’ll have him over for dinner next week.

There was a package in the mail for us yesterday – a collar for the puppy:

Now isn’t that cute? It’ll probably be too large now, but he’ll grow into it soon.

The Lemon Drop chili is in bloom, finally! We’re very excited to see how these chilies turn out.
