Paris day I

We arrived in Paris early yesterday morning with the night train from Venice. We found our hotel easily and left our luggage there before heading out to L’Arch de la Triomphe and Champs Elysees. I always think it’s so funny that it’s now in the middle of a roundabout…

Up we went.. Up, up, up… 284 steps.. (See how the stairs look like the shell of a snail?)

The views up there were pretty good, though.. So here’s the Eiffel Tower for you.
Then we walked all the way down Champs Elysees to Louvre!


My feet were soooo sore.. Sigh…
